It has been twenty four hours he has no a single news about him. The electrician of network was totally off and it caused him not capable to make a contact to his lost boyfriend. He was anxious from the beginning. Earthquake comes simultaneously. No notification about tsunami impact this time but he couldn't stay calm, sitting on the camp with the other refugee waiting for him to come.
The next thing which is so easily slapped him is what if an earthquake come when he was not ready then he got the material of building against his body or maybe he fell into the earthquake shaped ground. Those thoughts drove him more anxious, cursing himself whom allowed his boyfriend to go last evening.
Where are you? I miss you that much...
The breath he inhale deeply as leaning against the wall mere inches from the big window next to him. He needs his boyfriend badly enough to tears rolling unconsciously from those hazel orbs. He said he will comes as soon as possible. He promise he will comes alive so he should not be worried.
"Rei please..." whispered him as hold back his tear. A small earthquake and people were not panicked still sleep peacefully around.
The cold wind caressing his pale face slowly while he hugging his knees tightly. He was cold, depressed, and worried. Maybe walk on the street a while will relaxing his tensed body and mind. Walking alone through a bunch of volunteer he take a sit on a big stone he guessed as a part of warehouse's wall behind him.
Look down at the freezing ground. It's near spring season but the cherry blossoms along the street were not blossoming perfectly. He curling, buried his face on both his palms. And the cold wind together with snow drop down in unison.
"Hey..." a husky voice greets him. A well-known husky voice and warmth breath he missed the most.
"Aren't you getting cold at here?" he lifted his head facing the said man whom has that voice. He gasping, mesmerized by this man's presence.
"What?" asked him, tugging a smirk on the corner of his lip. The sitting man looked at him furiously.
"Ru, what was that face? Don't you miss me?" and he jumped from his sitting place, clinging his arms on his lover's neck.
"Wow..." Reita almost fall to the ground because the younger bumped on him. The sobs were audible. Reita smiles, shooting the younger's back gently.
"Rei..." he sobs louder.
"Reita Reita Reita Reita Reita!" he calls the name repeatedly like he was scarred if his lover would disappear and he couldn't save him.
"Suhh Ru... I'm fine, do not cry like this, baby." He kissed Ruki's lock and inhaled the sweet scent from him.
"Reita... I'm affraid," he whimpered, chocked by his own sob. "I think you never come back again. I was scarred and anxious because of your lateness! Reita!" he opt a kiss by pull the elder's neck leveled him. The kiss was full of anxiety, sadness, happiness and content. Ruki really missed his lover and he feels blessed to see him this morning.
A laughs escape his mouth.
"Babe, no need to cry." He cupped Ruki's chubby cheeks after they parted.
"I'm here," he bent down a bit, wiped the running tears and smile gently.
Ruki tried to stops, loosening his clinging arms and smiles. "Where were you?"
The elder scratches his bleached blond hair, "Well, I forgot to brought something with me and I went to take it."
Ruki furrowing his brows, "What's that, Rei? Is that more important than yourself?!" he almost snapped at him. He couldn't recognize what Reita thought and he wouldn't stop thinking about him.
He shoved into his jacket's pocket and gripping the necklace out. "I'm back to take this." He tossed it unto Ruki's hand.
The younger staring at it dumbfoundedly, "Our promise necklaces?" asked him confusedly.
Reita's hand grabbed other thing, "And your teddy bear too." He laughs, lifted the said teddy bear to Ruki's face.
The eyes widened, "Mr. Teddy!" He cheered, hovering the teddy bears and kissed it childishly.
"By the way, where's the black fur ball? Isn't it following you wherever you go?" he stroking Ruki's blond hair playfully.
His lover made a face. "Koron-chan is sick, he was on the camp now with a doctor," he smiles sadly saw the younger's gloomy face. A silent. Reita didn't want to ruin it but his lover seemed distressed and tired. He looks fragile with hugging his teddy bear.
"Ru..." he untangled the lock of the necklace. Turn around, Reita kissed Ruki's spine, "Lift your head a bit," and so Ruki did. The elder put on the necklace hanging on Ruki's neck like a choker. A paddlelock pendant drop against his collarbone, it same as Reita's which is he uses now.
"Thank you," he whispered.
"Yes babe, don't be sad... it gets well soon." Ruki nods weakly.
"Ng... Rei?" the said man humming from the top of his lover's head.
"I'm curious, why were you go? Why had you take this necklace and my teddy bear? We're still in dangerous situation..." He smacked Reita's arm. A pause.
"Rei?"
"Huh?" Reita looks somewhat messy and pissed off.
"Sorry babe..." he patted Ruki's head, "thank's for worrying me."
"It's okay Rei-chan..." he mumbled, placing his head on Reita's crook. The scene of disaster they looking at were not beautiful nor peaceful like other days they also cuddling each other.
"Yeah... and happy white day, babe."
Ruki tilted his head at smiling Reita. "Rei, what did you say?" his lover chuckled, sucks his bottom lip eagerly.
"White day, baby..." he whispered against Ruki's florid lip, the pair of plush one Reita love the most.
The younger pushed him a bit. "White day?" the affirming nod and Reita deserve a hard smack on his muscular chest.
"Ouch! Calm down, Ru... that's hard."
Once again Ruki made a face, "YOU!" He shooing the elder. "How dare you left me all worried and scared because of the stupid white day??!" He slapped Reita's blank face then cried louder than before. Last night he couldn't sleep even a while bussying himself thinking and worrying Reita even so he whispered his lover's name. All night and this is for the stupid White Day?!
"Ru..." he asked awkwardly as rubbing Ruki's smaller upper arm. "I'm sorry... can't prepared the branded goods and all of your lovely collection. 'Cause it just..." Ruki didn't stop crying. "... it just me, wanna keep our memory years ago. wanna save them from what happening now." Reita explained, aimed the disorder around both them.
"I want you to know how it's precious for me, the moment we're together and I want to show you... how I love you that much. How you make my life become wonderful." The finely-shaped arms surrounded him and sobs he swallowed by the kiss.
No doubt, Ruki forgive him immediately.
The Mr. Teddy's fur was tickling his uncovered spine but Reita didn't mind. It's fine. And they'll be fine. Under the half- blossoming cherry blossom trees, and the clear sky above they shared their loves. Cry was Ruki do and smile was spread on Reita's covered face.
Still the paddlelock pendant as the promise necklaces were hanging on their neck. Placed closely next to their heart beats.
"I love you too," he whispered back as snowflake drops slowly.
It's a perfect white day ever.
